AMERICAN RED CROSS ASSISTS PORTLAND RESIDENTS DISPLACED BY FIRE

Volunteers from the American Red Cross Oregon Trail Chapter responded to the scene of a residential duplex fire on SE Evergreen in Portland on Friday February 19, 2010. The fire destroyed one unit and the second unit is not inhabitable because of heavy smoke damage and loss of utilities. Residents from both units received assistance with food, clothing, lodging, and storage.
