ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Both lanes of US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) are blocked by a disabled semi truck in the town of Eddyville (milepost 23.4). Traffic is now backed-up for a mile in each direction and there is no detour available. A tow truck is in route but motorists should expect delays.
