ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: All lanes of US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) are now open in the town of Eddyville (milepost 23.4), after a semi-truck became disabled earlier. The truck has been moved to the highway shoulder and traffic is getting by. Motorists should expect continued delays until the congestion clears. UPDATE
