Effective immediately, Lincoln City Police Lieutenant Jerry Palmer will be the media contact for inquiries related to the investigation into the shooting of Lincoln City Police Officer Steven Dodds and the search for suspect David Anthony Durham. All future news releases regarding this case will come from their department.
