ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Northbound I-5 remains closed at milepost 250, south of Salem, after a fatal crash. A detour is established. Northbound traffic will exit I-5 at the Turner/Sunnyside Exit, to Commercial, to Kuebler and back onto I-5 northbound. Southbound traffic is becoming very congested. Motorists are advised to take an alternate route to avoid the area or expect lengthy delays.
