ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: ODOT has closed the Gettings Creek Safety Rest Area on northbound I-5 at milepost 178, 14 miles south of Eugene, to perform continuing maintenance. The southbound rest area is now open. Northbound I-5 motorists will be instructed to use the Oak Grove Safety Rest Area, 26 miles to the north. The northbound rest area will reopen Thursday.
