ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: An emergency repair of failing concrete will result in the temporary closure of the right hand lane of I-5 northbound at milepost 169, approximately six miles south of Cottage Grove. Beginning at 10 am this morning and lasting until 6 p.m., ODOT crews will replace the failing concrete with asphalt. Message boards will alert northbound motorists to merge left as they approach the area. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speed and travel cautiously through the area. " UPDATE
