Molly Fazio, 58, and her husband John Fazio, 64, of Happy Valley were concerned about the pending surgical procedure scheduled for John Fazio at a local Portland hospital. However, the Fazio's became even more distressed when it was discovered thieves had broken into the Fazio vehicle while parked at the hospital and used the contents stolen from inside their vehicle to burglarize their Happy Valley home.

On the evening of January 3, 2011 Molly Fazio drove her Jeep Liberty into Portland to visit with her husband John, who was a patient at Providence Hospital and hospitalized for a surgical procedure.

Unbeknownst to Molly Fazio, while visiting with her husband at his bed side, thieves forced entry into her Jeep Liberty and stole a garage door opener to the Fazio residence and personal papers that identified the specific address of the Fazio home in Happy Valley.

Molly Fazio concluded the visit with her husband at the hospital and was startled to discover the illegal entry and theft from her automobile while parked at the hospital.

At 9:42 p.m., Molly Fazio returned to her home in Happy Valley and found her garage door standing open and the interior lights of her home had been turned on. Molly Fazio immediately called 911 and a Happy Valley Police Officer responded to secure the residence and to investigate the newly reported burglary.

Investigators learned of the family vehicle break-in that had just occurred at the hospital, and began to work with the very competent security staff at Providence Hospital.

Happy Valley Detective, Gil Millett, pursued this criminal investigation and soon determined the make and model of the suspect vehicle – captured on surveillance video – provided by Providence Security. This key piece of suspect vehicle information and evidence was ultimately traced through the investigation, which in time led Detective Millett to the current female owner of this suspect vehicle.

Detective Millett also learned that credit cards stolen from a wallet at the Fazio residence had been used to conduct purchases by a male suspect –- also captured on surveillance video --within minutes of the Fazio residential burglary.

As a result of this investigation, investigators have identified a 'person of interest' believed responsible for this series of criminal events described, and are seeking your help with efforts to locate this person who is known to possess a valid felony arrest warrant issued by another jurisdiction for a parole violation.

This fugitive, wanted for a parole violation, has an extensive criminal history and is identified as:

Height: 5'08"
Weight: 165 lbs.
Hair: brown
