Portland Parks & Recreation: Portland Parks & Recreations outdoor pools will be closing early today - Wilson Pool at 5pm and all other outdoor pools will close after their evening swim lessons. Open swims and other Aquatic programs are cancelled at the outdoor pools tonight. Programs continue as planned in all indoor pools.
