ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: OR 242 (McKenzie Hwy) is closed at milepost 75, approximately 25 miles east of McKenzie Bridge. A vehicle fire has spread to an adjacent hillside in the area. Fire crews and Oregon State Police are on scene. There is no detour and no estimate on how long the highway will remain closed. Use alternate route and expect delays. An alternate route would be OR 126E to US 20.
