On June 7, 2010, at 10:53 p.m. Milwaukie Police and Clackamas County Fire personnel responded to an unknown if injury vehicle crash in the 3100 block of SE Boyd Street near SE 32nd Avenue in Milwaukie. A vehicle driven by 37-year-old Andria Adeline Skinner crashed through a fence and landed on top of a parked car.
Neither the driver, nor her child passenger was injured. Andria Skinner was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. Andria Skinner was transported to the Clackamas County Jail. She was issued criminal citations to appear in Clackamas County Circuit Court and was released from custody at 1:00 p.m. the following afternoon.
Recklessly Endangering (Oregon Revised Statute 163.195) is defined as recklessly engaging in conduct which creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person.
