There will be a brief period for public comments on the recommended trail and management options, after which Commissioner Fish and Director Santner will share their next steps with the committee.

When: 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday, June 14

Where: Room B, 2nd floor, Portland Building, 1120 SW 5th Avenue, downtown Portland

- About the Advisory Committee -
Because Forest Park is a unique natural resource which provides both vital environmental and recreational benefits, the 15-member Advisory Committee is comprised of a broad representation of stakeholders, from ecologists to cyclists, from runners to neighbors of the park. Using the recently adopted Trail Design Guidelines for Trail Type G-Mountain Biking, the committee members had two goals – to develop a common language for single track and trail development, and to set a goal for short-term single track cycling opportunities in the park.
