LAKE OSWEGO SEEKING INFORMATION ON TIRE SLASHINGS

The Lake Oswego Police are looking for the public's help in solving numerous incidents of someone slashing tires on vehicles during the past 3 months. Between late October 2012 and early January 2013 there have been 30 reports of tire slashing that police have responded to. Most of these have happened in the Mountain Park/Westlake area of Lake Oswego. Most of the vehicles had at least 2 tires slashed. Damages have totaled nearly $10,000.
The Lake Oswego Police are offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for these crimes.
