Just before 2 p.m. today, disaster action team volunteers with the American Red Cross responded to a disaster in the 1000 block of SW 11th Ave in Portland, OR. This single-family fire affected two adults. Red Cross provided clothing, shoes, comfort kits, and information about disaster mental health and disaster health services.
