DRUG ARREST IN CLACKAMAS COUNTY

Starting in early July CCITF started receiving complaints from several neighbors indicating frequent foot and vehicle traffic making short visits at 2615 SE Courtney Av #7. This mobile home park is designated for tenants 55 yrs and older so all the younger traffic drew their attention and they suspected drug activity. Neighbors provided key information about the times and nature of the traffic which led to a CCSO/CCITF Deputy beginning an investigation into the trailer. He quickly formed the opinion there was drug activity occurring there when he learned Darrell Lee Lamb (03/30/62) was living in the trailer. The Deputy has arrested Lamb in the past for possession of meth and knew his criminal history included 36 arrests with many being drug charges. Lamb was released from probation for a previous meth charge on 07/23/10.
During the investigation the Deputy and other members of CCITF observed the frequent traffic and were able to determine many of the visitors had criminal histories including drug arrests.
Based on the investigative efforts of CCITF and the helpful information from neighbors a search warrant was authorized and executed on 07/29/10 in th evening hours.
Methamphetamine was seized from the residence along with meth paraphernalia, packaging materials, cutting agent, and scales along with a stolen laptop computer. The search warrant led to the following charges against the listed people:
1 - Darrell Lee Lamb 03/30/62 (CCSO #10-23316): lodged for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance-Meth and Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Meth. Lamb had 36 previous arrests including many drug charges. He was released from probation for a PCS-meth charge on July 23, 2010.
2 - Wayne Douglas Salmonson 05/16/59 (CCSO #10-22317) lodged for Theft 1 (laptop), UPCS-Meth, UDCS-meth. Wayne had 45 previous arrests for a variety of crimes including assaults, thefts, and drug charges (including previous Manufacture and Deliver meth charges). (not booked for the DCS, but we're charging it)
3 - Cited and released was Marlin James Bozarth 12/29/71: cited for Frequenting a Place where controlled substances are used and/or sold. He has a previous arrest for PCS-meth.
4 - Cited and released was Jazzmin Le Lamb 07/23/88: cited for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and/or sold. 2 previous arrests.
Lamb stayed in the trailer after his sister passed away and Salmonson moved in with him.
The Sheriff's Office is appreciative of the numerous complaints from citizens that proved very helpful in this case.
CCITF members from CCSO, Gladstone PD, West Linn PD, Oregon State Police executed the warrant and a CCSO drug detecting K9 assisted with the search.
