NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – TYPE II NOISE VARIANCE

A public hearing conducted by the Washington County Health and Human Services Administrative Hearings Officer will be held Friday, June 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington County Justice Court located in Suite 150, 3700 SW Murray Blvd., Beaverton, Oregon. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the granting of a Type II Noise Variance to Tigard Sand & Gravel LLC to operate between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Monday through Friday between the dates of June 12, 2010 and October 31, 2010. This variance is being requested to allow the applicant to receive spoils from a local road construction project and to load trucks with gravel for delivery to this same project.
